Short run zinc spin casting is accomplished on our 18" Tekcast 2000 system. 

This system is for replicating positive masters in runs of 1 - 100 pcs.  Tooling costs starting at $300.00 and production costs of a few dollars per part make this system ideal for a wide range of short run applications. 

Best results are obtained on this system for parts of less than 1 oz. with wall thicknesses of 1/16" to 1/8" and which do not require high tolerances in the casting.  Fill, finish and cosmetic appearance are excellent.
